Buoy Demo
In 2021, I designed a buoy with a fluorescence sensor array as part of a technical capabilities demo, including:
- Vacuum-formed hull and gasket system
- Full 3D CAD assembly
- Work instructions
Hardware Unconference
- Founded and launched the Hardware Unconference
- Drew 113 attendees including founder, C-suite, director, and principal-level engineers from companies like Kardium, General Fusion, Ideon, Rapidia, FORM, Cellula Robotics, Semios, LMI, CropVue, Etalim, Orbital Research, and more
- Designed a custom PCB badge to measure temperature & humidity, then partnered with Enigma, Dorigo, and Nordic to build bages for every attendee
- Open sourced the badge design files
Littrow Grating Mounting
I’m working on a mount for a Littrow grating that uses exact constraint design techniques and 3D printing to create a manufacturable & performant alignment mechanism
